  • Full time, temporary position. Agency receptionist; telephone and counter, schedule appointments for all agency staff, type letters, statements and other documents as required by staff, compose form letters and other routine correspondence for each department.
  • Complete filing arrangements for agency staff.
  • Assist Child Support Officers in maintaining caseloads, enter data into computer system, and interview payees to obtain factual information to complete necessary paperwork and to open IV-D files.
  • Assist in all other clerical responsibilities and perform related work as assigned; monitor and respond to case correspondence via voice mail.

  • Answer all incoming calls and forward to appropriate departments, complete invoices and purchase orders, take orders for production, maintain 86 client payroll as well as time card side of staff payroll.
  • Receive payments on accounts and maintain petty cash, order office supplies and maintain an accurate inventory.
  • All incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Supervised and trained client office staff on proper office procedures.
  • All general office procedures such as faxing, filing, data entry, etc.
  • Assisted clients with mental and physical challenges as needed.

  • Agency receptionist. Operated 10 line phone/paging system, directing all calls to appropriate departments.
  • All general office procedures such as faxing, filing, data entry, routine correspondence.
  • Ordered office supplies and maintained an accurate inventory.
  • Ordered and purchased all supplies/materials needed for production of hot/cold power washers such as nuts, bolts, wiring, scrap metal, hoses, etc. as well as all office equipment such as computers, copiers, software, etc.
  • Assigned serial numbers to power washers.
  • Tracked shipments, prepared PO’s, all data entry for purchasing department regarding costs, etc.
